Amalia is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and joined The Advisors as an Executive Assistant in 2026. She earned a BA in Medical Humanities from Baylor University before pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Tampa. Her graduate studies strengthened her knowledge of operational efficiency, financial analysis, organizational leadership, and strategic decision-making, providing a well-rounded foundation for supporting both clients and internal teams. Prior to joining the Advisors, Amalia gained experience in administrative and operational roles where she helped streamline workflows, managed stakeholder communications, and supported day-to-day operations. She is excited to contribute to the continued success of The Advisors and to help create a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Amalia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, working out, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
